SHIPPING POLICY

1. AGE VERIFICATION REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
In compliance with federal and state regulations regarding tobacco sales, all orders require age verification prior to shipment. An adult signature (21+) with a valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon delivery depending on applicable laws and carrier mandates.

2. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days for standard domestic shipping.

4. RESTRICTED STATES & JURISDICTIONS
Due to state regulations, tax laws, and local restrictions on tobacco shipments, we may be unable to ship products to certain states, U.S. territories, or international locations. If an order is placed from a restricted location, the order will be canceled and refunded in full.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Kobbli Knob Cigars LLC is not responsible for postal carrier delays once packages are handed over to the courier. If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at mcory@kobbliknobcigars.com or erichards@kobbliknobcigars.com with your order number so we can assist you with filing a carrier claim.
