Gurkha Beast Toro Tubo 6 x 52

A dark, muscular powerhouse clad in stunning presentation. Standing as the darker, bolder counter-brother to the famous Gurkha Beauty, the Gurkha Beast Toro Tubo is an ultra-premium release crafted for lovers of deep, rich Maduro complexity. Encased in striking, custom-designed red and black metallic tubos, this 6.0" × 52 Toro is as eye-catching on display as it is satisfying on the palate.

Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic, the Beast features a dark, toothy, and oil-slicked Costa Rican Maduro wrapper that has been aged to perfection. Beneath this impressive cover leaf lies a flavorful Dominican binder holding together a masterfully aged core of Dominican, Honduran, and Colombian long-filler tobaccos. Medium-to-full-bodied and smoothly balanced, it offers a dense, velvet-soft smoke with rich depth from start to finish.

The Flavor Journey

Before striking a match, the dark Costa Rican wrapper entices with strong pre-light aromas of dark cocoa, charred oak, and rich earth. The cold draw provides a smooth, effortless pull tasting of espresso and subtle sweet spice. Once lit, the Beast immediately fills the room with dense, billowy clouds of fragrant smoke. The palate is treated to heavy notes of dark roast coffee beans, unsweetened dark chocolate, and spicy leather. As the burn moves along, nuances of sweet earth, toasted walnut, and black pepper weave in, finishing clean, smooth, and impressively refined.
